Wade was my contact at PRM and at first, he gave me information on the buying of our new house. I'm the kind of person that wants to know all costs and understand them and Wade was very patient with me and ALL my questions. When it came close to closing day where we were closing on the sale of our house and the buying of the new house, I had a disagreement with the closing attorney at another business. By that point I was upset but Melissa Faulkner, Wade and Sybil stepped in to comfort me and even had a proxy closing attorney they hired so that I would be more comfortable on closing day. They were professional and gave me confidence in all the information I was receiving and more importantly, they were patient with someone like me who had not done this before. Melissa, Wade and Sybil were great and they really gave me peace of mind. I would recommend them to everyone and would definitely use them in the future.
