I called around and got a few quotes on installing an underground fence for our dogs (boxer and doberman) and Shaine with Middle TN Pet Fence was the best choice by a long shot! First of all, their pricing was much better than the other quotes I received. Then he was very easy to communicate with and get the quote. He arrived on time and although I was not there at the time of the installation, my husband was, and he said that Shaine did a great job. He installed the fence quickly, and he also showed my husband how to train the dogs to understand how the fence worked, and he trained with them as well. I will be honest, I was very skeptical at first spending that much money on an underground fence, because our Doberman is very stubborn and I was afraid that it would not hold him in, but within a week I was able to open the door and let both of our dogs run free while I stayed inside and not have to worry about them leaving the yard. Honestly, the fence has been a life changer for us. Before we were having to put our dogs on a leash and our doberman gets excited and would pee in the floor just a little when we would try to get the leash on him, and I would have to stand in the cold or the rain while they used the bathroom. Not to mention our doberman is about 100 pounds of pure muscle so he basically weighs almost as much as me and was very strong and our boxer is only about 40 pounds but she is also pure muscle and strong for her size. So now my whole routine has changed for the better, the underground fence was worth every single penny we spent and I honestly couldn't thank Shaine enough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about getting an underground fence because it works, even on stubborn dogs like our doberman.

If his customer service wasn't so good, the pet fence may not have worked. He gives you an hour of his time to help teach the dog not to cross the fence which is the real service and ensures your pet doesn't run through it. Great business.

We rescued a Siberian Husky who, of course, loves to run and chase anything that moves! I was skeptical that an underground fence would contain our husky but since the fencing worked for our neighbors and they recommended Pet Fence of Middle Tennessee, I decided to give it a try. It actually works! Our husky knows exactly where he can go and now just looks at chipmunks and squirrels out of his range. Couldn't be happier!

I had a collar failure and Pet Fence supplied another with batteries. The collar failure was from an EBAY purchase with no refund. The owner of Pet Fence helped me professionally and quickly so my dog wasn't injured. Good job!

Shane did a great job explaining what was wrong with my system, how he was going to fix it, and what to expect. He found the break in the line quickly and repaired the break with better wiring. He even repaired the breaks I had created while trying to fix the problem myself. In addition to a speedy fix, he gave me a tip on a great place to replace my surge protector.
