Pam and Jocelyn were so calm, patient, professional and understanding. The anxious cat ripped my lip, chest, arm trying to escape in our house; I thought that I could handle her alone, ha! The team finally had her examined and immunized after 30 minutes of inching up to her by fractions, under a bed, with a towel. The price was well worth the hazards involved, for two cats, all their immunizations (3-year) and a house call.

Wonderful service, took extra care and time for my elderly, vet phobic baby. Rearranged their schedule to include a new customer at a late notice, called before  arriving and showed up on time as promised. Quality service and professional at home care for my fur baby! Will definitely use again. No added charges or unnecessary services.

Dr. Jocelyn has been my Vet since 2008, before she started PetBliss. I now have 1 dog and 3 cats. A good Vet is very much like a good pediatrician. Not only do you want them to be the best doctor in town but they need really good Mommy skills. Dr. Jocelyn and Pam are the best in middle TN! Not only do they provide the best medical care for your pets they also don't shy away from becoming emotionally involved with you and your pets. I'm always amazed at how animals are drawn to them. Dr. Jocelyn is brilliant. Plus, she is really a kind compassionate person & those are traits that can't be faked. Over the years I've seen her for yearly shots, rashes, spaying, and the end of life for 2 beloved pets. I can't imagine having to go through the end of a pets life without her. As long as Dr Jocelyn practices Vet medicine, I will never trust anyone else with my pets.

Dr. Jocelyn and Pam were amazing. My old dog was immediately at ease with them. They took amazing time and were so gentle and loving. This is hands down the best vet experience I have ever had. ( I have a lot of experience :-) )
I'm new to Nashville, and was having a hard time finding a kennel. They immediately told me where my dog would fit in. What a load off!

My cat had a funky growth and I knew he needed to be seen by a vet, but the last time I took him he was so agitated that they couldn't treat him. Jocelyn and Pam were so kind and calming, and they were able to check him out and remove the growth with virtually no drama. Also, they were quick to tell me about treatment options and suggest I take the conservative and inexpensive route. I find this is a rarity when it comes to vets. I probably paid $40 more than I would have if I had taken him to a vet, and I would gladly pay that again for such great service in my home.

I called Pet Bliss at 10am. They scheduled us for same day at 4pm. Pam and Dr. Allen were here at exactly 4. They came in and established trust quickly with the puppies. Olive and Briscoe loved both Pam and Dr. Allen. For the pups, going to vet is not a pleasant experience. I was surprised when Dr. Allen and Pam actually searched our yard to find poop ( to prevent Olive the discomfort of swabbing for a specimen), and they even looked for what she could have eaten to have caused the issue. We do not have a small yard. They were brilliant! Without sharing the details, Dr. Allen gave Olive some pills to alleviate the diarrhea. She asked that we contact them if anything changes, or we need anything else. Great customer service! We live out of their usual range, but we're so glad they made the trip out to Murfreesboro. I really appreciated the fact that Dr. Allen didn't use scare tactics to get us to agree to unnecessary tests. My husband agreed that Pet Bliss has replaced our old brick and mortar vet.

They came to the house on short notice and were very friendly. I have not had a chance to get my kids to the vet since we moved to town; So while they were there they went ahead and got them up to date on their shots and verified their chips were still functioning. Far more relaxed that a normal vet visit. I thinks my dogs will actually look forward to the next time they come over. :)

This was the first time we have ever used a service like this. They were right on time even calling in advance to let us know they were on the way. After arriving they took the time to get to know both us and our pets. They handled our and quot;babiesand quot; with care and without incident. Our kitty is very difficult to handle usually freaking out so much other vets have to put her under just to exam her. With Pet Bliss she only gave out one loud growl during the whole exam. They also gave us suggestions and referred us to other pet services. We will definetely use Pet Bliss again and highly recommend this service especially if you have pets who don't enjoy a trip to the vet.

We have used her for the last four years, even before she opened her own independent veterinary practice, and rely on her completely. In addition to her professional competence, she is a compassionate dr. for both our pets and to us. We highly recommend her to anyone, and would be pleased to write another review after this Friday with specific answers to your questions based on that appointment.

1. Wow...what a great service. Dr. Jocelyn Allen and Pam of Pet Bliss Mobile showed up at our home right after our call for help for our Beagle. They were extremely knowledgable, kind and considerate. They examined K.C. and prescribed the medications that had her back on her feet the very next day. Why would anyone go through the stress of having to take their pet to the vet, when the vet will come to you. My wife and I, including our dogs, highly recommend Pet Bliss Mobile Veterinary Services. They are fantastic!

We call Dr. Allen and spoke with her assistant Pam. Pam set up an appointment and before we knew it they were at our home. Our cat hates going to the vet so we were so thankful when the vet came to us! They performed blood work on our cat and kept him calm during the process. It's obvious that Dr. Allen and her assistant love animals as it shows. It's a great service.

She will come to your home and can do surgery in the van as necessary. We do not pay extra for the service. We pay the exact amount you would at a veterinarian office. She is a very caring person and can do anything with animals. When you meet her you will love her.

She is an outstanding veterinarian. She comes home or everywhere you want her to be. She can even do a surgery where you are. Its saves so much time and no stress on the pet. She has an experienced team as well.

I have three cats, one of whom has become vet-phobic in recent years, and a crazy schedule.Dr. Jocelyn Allen and her assistant were great. They arrived in the mobile clinic, but took care of my cats in my home. In minutes, they'd befriended us and set up shop. They did complete exams with special attention to eyes, ears, and mouths/teeth (tartar), and gave shots, and one microchip, quickly and smoothly. My dear alpha cat is a control-freak and has been a difficult patient lately, making visits to the vet increasingly traumatic, but they worked well with him--gently but firmly--and succeeded in giving him a thorough going-over, and shots. Although he complained loudly, there was none of the frenzy experienced at the vet's office last time, and he was back to normal immediately after, and home! Compare that to crating and transporting three cats to the vet, the dog-smells/sounds, the hours spent, etc. etc. I wish I'd tried a house-call vet sooner--I'm a total fan. I liked their easy comfort with the cats and general kindness, and I especially appreciated Dr. Allen's responsiveness to anything I asked: doses and tags, flea treatments, and foods for a sensitive stomach. I also liked that they didn't try to sell me anything extra! Prices were reasonable, and even with the house-call fee, the cost was extremely competitive.
