Overhead Garage Precision Door Service

Preston was wonderful! Very knowledgeable young man with tons of patience. Answered question after question with a smile on his face. He made certain to cover all we needed now and what could wait for bit. He worked quickly and everything he did looks great and works great. He made to test it all for us and had each of give it a try as well. Will definitely call Preston again.

Installation went well. Didn't have parts needed for one door, but that was attributed to sales rep not specifying correctly the size of our doors (installer just happened to have extra parts on his truck, so he could finish one door but had to have another installer come back at another time to finish install on second door). PM on other doors was minimal in my opinion. I have had other companies PM existing doors/openers before and more checks were included in those services than this company performed. However, we were not having problems with the other doors before, so even though I paid for (I felt) a better service than I received, the doors are still working just fine.

It was excellent. Not only did he do the job, he did a little bit of an upgrade. It was very good.

The work was done fine. They actually could not complete the job and I had to call another contractor to come out and complete the job. I was informed by that other contractor that I was grossly overcharged! I had overpaid by about $300.00. If I had Angie's List earlier, I probably would not have overpaid! I called Precision back and told them the issue with the price, and they offerred to give me a $100 credit toward a new garage door opener, which would only equate into the same price I was offerred by the other contractor and I still overpaid by $300.00.
