Things went fine. It is a hundred dollars every time they come out. It is a flat rate and they will come out as many times as we call them. If we have a problem and we call them, they will come back but there is no extra charge. They are probably one of the most expensive pest control companies but they are also one of the most reliable. I would say that you can depend on them and they do what they say.

The Orkin folks were prompt, professional and performed the services requested. They treated the areas that termites were found with termidor and used a bait system around the exterior of the house. If I had it to do over I would have had the entire foundation treated with termidor because it last up to 15 years. The bait system will cost me approximately $200+ a year. The termidor treatment is a one time cost for the 15 years.

I've been using them for about 4 years. They do the job. They are here on time. They call before they come. I have to be here when they do he inside but if I'm not here they just do the outside. I don't like the price. It's a little bit more than expensive then normal. I should probably look for an alternative but sometimes you just get use to it. They are pretty good. They are excellent of getting rid of everything but the ants. Ants are hard to get rid of.

The gentleman that I dealt with and who treated my house was professional. He was on time and everything was done as it was laid out in the contract. So I was pleased with what he's done so far. Based on my experience I would advise all my friends and family members to use them. I have a contract with them and so I will continue to use them in the future.

I signed for a one year plan. In January I asked to skip that month to which they agreed. Now it is March and they never contacted me to do another service. I called them and found out they had canceled my service without informing me. The actual pest control service I received was adequate although I had to call them out in between some services; which isn't necessarily their fault. I just think canceling my service and not telling me was very unprofessional. Additionally, their prices are not competitive. I have a 3,000 square foot home and was charged $82/service. The actual pest control personnel are very polite and professional. I think the front office could use some adjusting though.

They call the day before they come. They will come and do an internal spray if I need them to without charging me. They seem to be very knowledgeable about bugs and what to do and what not to do.

Overall a very positive experience. The representative who came out to provide an estimate was very thorough and professional. Installation and visits have been on time and done thoroughly. The company seems very responsive to questions and issues. I am very pleased with the service thus far.

The office for Orkin Pest Control in our city was very unresponsive. They never came when we wanted. Orkin just came out when they wanted to, and when I was not available to let them inside. I was not very happy with them.
