On Point Heating & Cooling

I recently purchased a condo and the sale included a home buyers warranty.  I knew the AC units were as old as the condo unit (13 years) so I expected to see some issues at some point with the units.  After 11 months of normal use, the upstairs AC unit decided to stop working.  I called the automated system with the warranty company and was assigned to receive service from ON POINT.  I placed the initial call at approximately 9pm and was informed that the servicing company would contact me within 24 Hrs to schedule a visit.  I was also provided with a phone number to call if I did not receive a call.  Around 2pm the following day, I had not yet received a call so I decided to phone the company to see if they had received the information from the home buyers warranty company.  Unfortunately I reached a voicemail system, so I left a message.  I received a text from John, the service manager around 6pm the following evening.  I informed me that I would have a service agent at my home the next morning.  John arrived promptly as the next morning.  He was very courteous and professional.  I explained the problem to him and within 5 minutes he had fixed the problem.  He provided me with a business card and also informed me that he serviced several units within my community.  I was very pleased and plan to use ON POINT to do the regular maintenance on my system in the future.  The fee I paid was based on the warranty so I do not know what the regular rate for the same service would be.
