Ochoa Bros.

After more than 35 years working with many contractors on both small renovations and big projects ($8 million), I have never worked with a better contractor!  Our project with Ochoa Bros was about $30,000 condo renovation, including painting, electrical, porcelain fireplace surround, lighting, demolition of flooring, building a wall and door, and many small tasks.  The Project Lead (Aaron) was great to work with, totally unflappable, a problem solver (of problems caused by others!), and a great scheduler and supervisor for his teams.  His project advice was helpful and appropriately cost-sensitive. He communicates well by email, text and phone (which with others has been an issue, believe it or not!). His workers arrived on time, worked with minimal noise, were courteous and respectful of neighbors, cleaned up common areas and the work site well, and did quality work.  The project was done on time and within budget.  I highly recommend!
