We felt they did a fantastic job. Everyone was very polite. We have had no problems with any part of the home. The craftsmanship of the workers was very good. We were treated with respect. They did have the job completed by the date agreed upon. I do not really know exactly what the full amount cost. My husband dealt with all of that. I do know it was good.

My home is absolutely beautiful. Tony is the mans name and he has built a couple of the homes here in this sub division. He really is an excellent guy. I am very thrilled with the way things have turned out here. Everything is in great shape and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Of course, there were a few odds and ends, but, that is to be expected. I can tell you that there were no issues getting anything fixed at all.

This is a fairly small company that has done a really good job with everything. The house is holding up really well. I feel that they have very good craftsmanship and I just enjoyed everything about the project. As far as pricing, my original estimate was $450,000 and the final price ended up being $650,000. I know it is a big difference, but, considering the good materials and the home being a luxury home, it was all well worth it to me.

Mr. Novotny was ALWAYS available to meet or talk with us. He is a hands-on builder who is on-site constantly. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes beyond anyone to make his customers happy. He listens to requests as well as concerns and acts upon them professionally and efficiently. His employees and different crews were informative and great at their jobs. He builds a high-quality home and does not believe in short cuts. We were consistently kept apprised of our home's progress. The millwork offered in his homes is exceptional. Mr. Novotny made our building experience a wonderful one.
