Nature's Clean Team

The first couple of times the service was good, but later on the punctuality was poor and eventually they did not show up at all and asked to be paid in advance. They kept promising to makeup the date they missed which they did not. They never called, emailed or answered my phone calls. Very disappointing.

Nature's Clean Team (which was the owner accompanied by another associate) showed up to the cleaning on time (which you never find anymore). They provided a diffuser for Essential Oils and ran the diffuser in the upstairs while cleaning the upstairs, then they proceeded to move it to the downstairs when they started working on that part of the home. Nature's Clean Team utilize a micro-fiber cloth system, so they don't cross-contaminate causing spread of germs. I was very impressed with how organized and clean everything was. I noticed that when they are done with a micro-fiber cloth they are sure to zip it up in a bag so it doesn't get used on something else. The process they use while cleaning is unique. First, whatever they are cleaning will get dusted, then will get cleaned and sanitized with an Aromatherapy Naturals, and then they wipe it down one last time to get that natural shine. The aroma that the Oils put out while they are cleaning were not only calming to me but, I could really see that Nature's Clean Team really enjoyed working together creating a stress-free, germ-free, stink-free, allergen-free environment. My husband has horrible allergies so we also hired Nature's Clean Team to clean and sanitize our blinds. Nature's Clean Team has been cleaning our home for over a month now. It seems that my husbands allergies are now non-existent. Kaylor Spence (the owner of NCT) provided us with more information on the different way Essential Oils are used. And she referred us to a sales lady who we now order our oils and diffusers from. I truly feel that we are living a healthier balanced life. I knew nothing about Aromatherapy or Green Cleaning until I stumbled upon Nature's Clean Team. One of the very best things is that if I have to reschedule they are always willing to do what they can to make my life easier. Not like a big corporate company were it's always an operator and a lot of hassle. Oh and how could I forget this, for my first cleaning I got a small bunch of flowers put together by a small ribbon. I also referred my best friend and on my next cleaning she gave me a 10% discount. In the spring Nature's Clean Team are planning on cleaning up my flower bed and shrubs. It is so nice to have a local company that is not trying to rip you off. Thank you Nature's Clean Team
