"Our cabinets are solid wood incredible quality more than a standard retailer and the buyer was fully aware that we provide premade cabinetry. This particular customer had convenient memory issues and was trying to get more then they agreed too often. This is sadly an example of when someone is caught trying to avoid paying their bill, continue to ignore calls and contacts and has to lie about the experience because they were made to pay what they owed (then they did this review). We did everything to make this client happy and they were determined to make this difficult for us. We even made changes to their kitchen for free in hope of making them satisfied (at our cost in extra materials and labor). This was done even though they agreed to the design contractually. We work hard to make our clients happy as you see in all of our other reviews, but some get caught trying to cheat or steal and we just won't allow that. Hopefully our other reviews reflect the real story in our care and commitment to our customers."
