in the lawn to confirm the visit. I saw no indications of treatment in
May or June so I called Gary. He said "they ran out of lawn tags" but
that they fertiilized in May and treated for insects in June. I also
mentioned that the lawn did NOT look good. He said to "be patient".
Six months into the program, my lawn did not look any better (in fact,
it actually looked worse in several areas) than before the program
started. In July they left another lawn tag indicating treatment.
It is now November and I have not seen any indication of lawn treatment since
July.
I called Gray 11/23, but they are closed until 11/29 and there is
no way to leave a message. I will contact him again in December, but i
am quite certain he will again claim to have provided service, but
without leaving a lawn tag. My husband works at home, and has not
noticed any lawn care visits since July.
Regardless, even if theydid visit and treat the lawn, it looks terrible and the entire program
was not effective. It was a complete waste of $400. I would NOT suggest
contracting with Nashville Turf and Seed for any lawn service program.
