The crew was late due to a traffic accident but did an extra special cleaning to make up for one that was not so good a few weeks ago. Although I would like to have a regular crew, it seems that they have turnover. However, they do respond when I let them know that there is a problem. Overall, I am very satisfied.

They manage okay. There was somethings that weren't really done, because I was kind of test driving a few different ones to setup a by weekly service and I can tell you I did not end up keeping the deal I send some one else to do their job.

Our house is kept very clean. We asked for a deep spring cleaning. The baseboards were specifically requested to be done and were not. Tile floors were not done. And wood floor was not done properly--looks like they just ran vacuum over. They (two) arrived at 11:30am, stated to work at 11:48am, and left at 3:15pm (according to our neighbor). So they did only 7-hours of work although I paid for 10-hours. I asked for a weekly quote which they did not leave.

I was not pleased.
It was advertised to be a deep cleaning and it did not turn out to be a deep cleaning. To give you an example, the window sills weren't even wiped down. They sent 3 people out which would have been sufficient. They did do a cleaning of the house but they did not do what my understanding of what a deep cleaning was. The thing that any vendor should do when they say what they are going to do is perhaps define it, define what they mean by a deep cleaning so the customer can say yeah, that's what I want. That term is rather open ended.
They had to stop and go get additional supplies. That added a little bit of time to their day.
They arrived on time but they didn't get start on time because they were missing their supplies.

It was okay. I disliked that it required multiple trips to complete the job to acceptable standard. I liked that they answered the phone and I actually talked to a person every time I called. The price was average.
