It wasn't a good experience and they had to come back to my house a second time and for the price and for the presentation of it being a deep clean even on the second try it did not accomplished what was represented well they send inexperience young ladies who were not skilled in cleaning houses spent only two hours in my home and I paid for a deep clean and they didn't even do surface cleaning it was horrible I called and complained and they sent another team back the next day and but even still I have a single person that specifically clean my house but unfortunately she was unavailable do it that month and she alone can clean my house better than the two team of two that they sent out here. I work and I have you know a hired help to help out but I could clean a house better than what they did didn't dust didn't do floors didn't do mirrors didn't do any of the glass and I mean this was suppose to be a deep clean even and it was so far so to be a below standard even on the second try. At least they tried to make it right but it wasn't right and I was certainly not going to call them to come out a third time and try to explain to a cleaning company what clean meant.

The team did a great job. They had to deal with a lot of dog fur and clutter. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They missed the kitchen lines and had I realized it before they left, I am certain they would have fixed it. In fact, had I called after the fact I believe they would have come back to make it right. I have scheduled recurring cleaning services with them and am looking forward to their next visit

Carpet cleaning was acceptable. Some stains still left behind. The vacuum hose damaged the bottom trim on our front door

The carpet had been thoroughly vacuumed a day prior, but there had been a husky sleeping on that floor for three years. It looked passable at a glance, which was all I had time for as I was leaving town right after the cleaning. When the tenant moved in, she noted there was still dog hair on the carpet. Music City Maids were quick to come back and clean the carpets to the tenant's satisfaction.

Fantastic! Our bathrooms were spotless. They may have even been cleaner than when we moved in originally! I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

I thought it went very well. The ladies were very nice and worked really **** ** the mess in my home. I thought the company would conduct a follow-up and discuss bi-weekly cleaning with me. However, they did not and have not responded to my email to follow up. I'm not sure what happened but I thought they would respond. There were a couple of things that I also wanted to discuss but I assume there's no interest.

Sent one girl instead of two. She did an OK job. Missed some pretty obvious dust bunnies under a table and baseboards were hit or miss. Certainly wasn't worth the money or a deep clean, for that matter. Won't use this company again.
