When they arrived they introduced themselves and asked to see the areas to be cleaned. There were 3 in the crew. They quickly organized them selves and got to work. They worked steadily and efficiently until done. There was no loafing.

When the appointment time came and went, I called the phone number listed and was told they were running a few minutes behind. No big deal, I'm cleaning other stuff in the condo. 15 minutes later I get a call from one of the cleaners telling me their GPS can't find the address. No one has ever said this before. Ever. 15 minutes later they're still not there, so I call the main number again. More excuses, they're on the way. They finally showed an hour after the original appointment time.
I find out there are two of them and they will clean for 2 hours, times 2 people = 4 hours of work. OK, not in the details they gave me but cleaning is cleaning. I show them where I want them to start and away they go. There were two workers, one of which had been doing this for many years and was efficient and polite and did a great job. The other had only been doing it a short time and let's just say that her definition of "clean" and mine are two different things. Repeating cleaning areas wasted some time with this person.
At the end of the time they weren't quite done, so I bought another "hour" (which was really 30 minutes each), and finished up a few items. I was also told they wouldn't do the outside of windows. I wanted them to clean the windows on the BACK PORCH DOOR. This is a door, not a window. They still wouldn't do it, so in the end we had to (and my fiancee' hates doing windows on doors).
All in all, the bathrooms, fridge, and oven got cleaned acceptably well, the service was worth the price from the Coupon, but I'm not certain I would utilize them again at full-price. Would have to specify who is coming to clean, as I don't want to pay for the inefficient girl again and they need to clean windows that are accessible from back porches, especially that are part of a door.

The cleaners that came to your house were actually both quite experienced and very efficient cleaners. If there was an issue with one of them I would love to speak to you about it as we consistently train and coach our employees to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our customers. As for the glass door, I apologize if there was some miscommunication there as my cleaners thought you wanted us to clean the outside windows of the house which requires a window service to do since we don’t carry that type of equipment with us. We would have been more than happy to clean a glass door and always do as part of our regular maintenance cleaning service. Again, I apologize if there were any miscommunications regarding your service and thanks again for your review; your business and comments are appreciated."

"Member, thanks sooo much for recognizing us for the way we price our jobs. We strongly believe in providing a fair up front price that gets the job done. We are not like other carpet cleaning companies running $25 specials that they know they can’t do and end up charging as much as triple or more when they are at the customer’s home. A carpet cleaning system with truck costs in excess of $60k dollars and no one can spend that kind of money and then clean carpets for such a low price. Unfortunately, the service was below expectations. The hardwoods were left streaky and greasy and many items on my cleaning list were overlooked. They did do a good job on the refrigerator and microwave though.
I didn't find the lackluster job until after hours on Friday and cleaned the unit myself. I spoke to the owner on Monday and found him to be very empathetic, concerned and apologetic. He quickly provided a full refund, offered his heartfelt apology and said to call (even after hours) should anything like this ever happen again. I was very impressed by his customer service and the fact that he lived up to his satisfaction guarantee.
While I was initially disappointed, I would give them a second chance now that I know there is strong management behind the company.
