The quality of the work completed was very good. However, Rick was rarely prepared for the project. Upon signing the contract he told us he had subs lined up for the floors and painting, which he did not. We had to sub the floors our ourselves and ended up painting the entire basement. He went substantially over his estimate and could not explain in any detail why. He also charged us to fix several items that were done improperly. His crew installed a countertop and hand rail improperly and they charged for both the install and fix. Overall I would not recommend him.

Richard and his team did an outstanding job. Working inside someones house is tough, but they keep things clean and neat, and worked on the job quickly as they could. The price was great and I trust Richard and his team around my home for our Attic Remodel and some fence work last winter. Next up will be a Kitchen Reno!!

They did two bathrooms for me. The only thing we were shocked about were the price of his plumber and tiler..They did great work but was pretty pricey. We took him from a recommendation and would recommend him to others as well!
