Phil and his team at Music City Crawlspace identified some serious issues beneath my home and took care of me quickly, efficiently and within budget. Phil is a gem! He assessed my stepdaughter’s home’s crawlspace issue and informed us that her back bathroom’s pipes are freezing because of unusually high humidity in her crawl space.He encapsulated, installed a humidifier and readjusted the poorly placed floor joist jacks before we installed new floors. Phil also fixed a broken water line to her fridge. A fridge that dispenses water and ice, needs water to do so - water & ice are back! Healthy crawlspace, healthy floors, a fridge that now dispenses water and ice… all the reviews in the world don’t a business make.
