Previous contractor (different company) had unsuccessfully worked on problem of pilot light going out (and also created a gas leak). Mr. Rooter servicemen fixed both pilot light problem and gas leak in a single visit. Knowledgeable, responsive, professional.

He is very informative, nice and thorough. I would definitely use his service again and recommend him to others. He showed up within half an hour of the call I made to him. He also took payment from my landlord by phone. My landlord lives across the country.

Overall, it went very well. I was somewhat taken aback at the cost to simply snake out the drain.

The repair man showed up on time and was not only professional, but was pleasant as well and even explained what he was doing and showed us tips on how to help ourselves in the future. The work was done well, quickly, and the invoice was right on target with his quote. We also had them come out another time to look into water leaks in our front yard. The man really did a lot of work and checked everything. He ended up having to install a new water line from the street to the house and a regulator at the street. He was so professional, promised to come the next day and finish the job, and did! We will continue to use this company - they are very professional and courteous and show up when they say they will. The prices are par for the course and we have had no surprises in that area.
