+ -1 moreI booked an appointment online. It was scheduled for 8-12. I waited all morning and a 11:55 received a call that they were double booked and didn't even know I was scheduled. They offered to come the next afternoon but since I took off work today and waited all morning that didn't work for me. All they said was "don't know what happened." Didn't bother to offer me anything for my wasted time.
Description of Work: Terrible customer service and followup.
