Carlos and the Mold team were incredible in handling the toxicity in our home. They responded quickly and explained every step of the mold removal process. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They couldn?t fix the water leak I had to have a plumber do that. They cut of part of my kitchen ceiling, pulled out drywall in garage, spayed chemical for mold some mold still exist. His team used my trash bags to depose of debris. They left filled bags in my garage. Carlos and his secretary came into my home to look at wood rot damage said he would have his guys come out the next day and finish project. They never came back . Left my house a mess Since May 24th 2025. I did get a refund through PayPal on July 10, 2025 in the amount of $3,600.83.

Wouldn't recommend. Terrible communication and follow up by Carlos and Team. Missed multiple appointments, so many excuses, gas lit us, accused me and my pregnant wife of fraud, had to fire them and have someone finish the job. Would stay far, far away.

There Service very bad it's a fack client.

They have not kept their word in regard to the damage to my property prior to starting any work or even signing the contract. If they do not want to keep their word and attend to their responsibility honestly, how can I be sure that when they do the work if there is a problem they will not be quick to solve it. Please note that it is illegal in the state of Tennessee to ask for 50 percent down payment before any work is done. Please review this state legal requirement before signing any contract or agreeing to any work.
