Our roof looks fantastic after being cleaned by Milliken's Roofing. Two neighbors also had their roofs cleaned, and both were extremely happy. I wanted the cleaning performed by a roofing professional, like Jason Milliken, as he could assess the condition of the roof during the process. Many roof cleaners are not experts, and you can truly ruin your roof unless it is done by someone with a vast amount of experience. Call Milliken's Roofing if you need it cleaned. It will be the best decision that you have made in a long time!

All gutters and downspouts replaced and working perfectly.

Millikens seems like the only really honest guy in town. Many roofers make it simpler for the customer by charging one price but buried in that price is a hidden markup on materials - maybe as much as 100%. Milliken told me what to buy and didn't care where I went. He provided evidence fo liability overage for my job. I was able to shop around for materials as I wished. He was quick and the whole job was done in two days. The workmen were punctual and polite. They were using appropriate safety equipment, too, which not all contractors do. A+. Ill re-post if it leaks.

Jason came over because I had a small leak that only dripped when it rained a long time or really hard, and was coming from near the bathroom exhaust vent. He is great at finding the problem and fixing it quickly, so I'm glad I called him. I already knew the leaking water wasn't going through the vent because I could see it drip through the attic when I poked my head up to look during a heavy storm. I wanted to get that fixed right away, and I also wanted to learn more about the condition of the roof. The housing inspector wasn't impressed with it when I was in contract to buy this home, so getting a roofer's advice was just as important to me as getting the leak fixed. He went up on the roof and took pictures, then came back down and showed them to me. He said I had 30 year shingles, which is good, and that the roof was generally ok. He showed me a picture of where the leak was coming from. Basically, he said the flashing and shingles next to the bathroom vent were never done properly. Where the shingle should have butted up against the flashing and have roofing caulk on the boundary, it was about 1" apart and there was no caulk. There was another shingle underneath, but I think is was from the previous roof underneath my current roof from the picture, and from there it was soaking through somehow. Jason said his minimum charge was $250 but that he had some caulk with him and he could fix it right away. I was happy to agree, so he fixed it. It's rained once since then and didn't drip. Hopefully that continues to be the case, but if anything does go wrong I will definitely call Jason again for any repairs that need done.

Jason's crew made the repair quickly and at a cost lower than that received in other bids. He also made a minor roof repair for us at no extra charge.

The work went fine. Had to reschedule 2 or 3 times because of the weather but that's always going to be the case with this kind of work. The roof to reach the soffit is very steep and dangerous so definitely weather had to be a consideration.

Jason and his team are the best! After discovering the ieak on a Sunday, I called the office, expecting to get an answering machine. Much to my surprise, I was connected to Tiffany, the office manager, at her home! This speaks volumes about the caring that Jason has for his clients. Jason came to my home the next day. I was so glad to see him. The job was completed as fast as possible, considering the weather did not cooperate at all. If you are considering ANY roofing projects, RUN, don't walk, to Jason and Milliken's Roofing. It will be the best decision that you have made in a long time.

They diagnosed the problem and repaired the roof immediately. They also followed up to check that there were no leaks.

Wow, thank goodness I found Jason. I had started the roof with another contractor who as it turns out did not know his business. I had to fire him and Millikens was willing to pick up the pieces and make it work. He is professional, his people know their trade. I only wish I had started with him in the first place. I enthusiastically endorse Millikens roofing.

Jason Milliken has replaced two of my homes roofs in Williamson Co. The first being a 6700 sq ft home converting from shingles to a Metal Roof. It looks absolutely fabulous and really brings a new life to the house. The second roof he did was for a 5400 sq ft antebellum home with the dark brown metal. The color is perfect and the execution looks great, really turned this house into something to look at. Thank you Milliken's roofing for the great job, quick and thorough.

Jason was prompt in responding to my issue and showed up right on time. He was incredibly honest about what needed to be done and fixed the problem. It looked great! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any roofing repair and plan to use him in the future should I need any other repairs. A great experience.

Jason was timely and professional. He kept me updated on when he arrived and when the job was complete since I was unable to take off work. He even sent pictures for my approval before he left. He also told me to look at it when I got home for my approval before he collected the payment. I will definitely be hiring him for any future roofing jobs!

Perfect. Jason immediately knew what the problem was and how to correct it. He promptly fixed our problem. I would definitely say that if you are doing a new construction with a chimney, you need him as your roofer.

I called Milliken's Roofing about a leak in my roof. Jason came out within 1 hour of calling and assessed the issue. He inspected my roof and gave me recommendations on three easy fixes that would probably fix my roof. He was honest and recommended I try the repair (caulking) on my own without charging me a dime so I could save money! I was very impressed with Jason's honesty, knowledge, and straight forward approach!

Outstanding. After recent heavy rains, we noticed we had a leak on our metal roof, suspected it was coming in through toilet exhaust. Called Jason and he answered immediately - on a Sunday - and came out Monday morning at 9am on the dot (as texted) and handled the repair efficiently. Extremely satisfied with our experience.
