"Upon arrival to view the project we advised the client that barn doors were not conducive to use in that location, best suited for bi-fold or french doors.(Note they had purchased and already had been installed by Home Depot) We also repaired 4 other doors at the residence. We offered come back and resolve issue customer refused even though the issue they had is something we weren't contracted to do, yet they coerced our employee to do as far as cutting the barn door. As to rudeness first text received after business hours, second text was received while we were dealing with personal issues at 10 am and third text with less than cordial conveyance actually hostile undertones Mrs Moore seems to think that the world revolves around her and her own desires, life doesn't work that way and while she conned my employee to do something without consulting me is definitely unethical, then expects me to refund monies for a project that wasn't on the contract is ludicrous, and as to charges, we were well below the national average for services rendered..."
"One can't serve 2 masters--you obviously didn't understand what the wife wanted before telling me what you wanted and then to save face with her blamed me--never could understand why I couldn't speak with her for clarification. This happened during waverly flooding and weather came in unexpected, replaced door at my cost, cleanup not charged to you from my mistake in garage. Tell the truth factually and let the Lord love you. We brought front door damage to your attention, the blind could see it was an old substandard repair, We were also working you into our schedule as we could put men there since you were an "emergency" which you were made fully aware of. When you tell someone to do something and you change your mind and want it the way it was that is 2 jobs to charge for not 1. You didn't want to pay the contract price because you said there would be a few changes you were sure so didn't want change orders..."
"Thank you."
"Great customers, weather messed up schedule but in the end, I believe we left Miss. Linda and Mr. Jim satisfied."
"Miss. Jan is the kind of customer that contractors love to work for. Would love to do more work for her and her husband John."
"Jody and Beth were really great to work with, even with a couple of challenges they remained gracious and understanding---even knowing what I know now, I'd do it all over again..."
"Great folks to work with!!!"
"Miss. Sue was quite the pleasure as a customer."
