MICKEY PALMER

Horrible. Mickey committed to getting the job done quickly. He said he had the people to do the job. This proved to be false. People would come and walk around the house for a couple of hours and leave. When work would be done, the work was subpar. Basically, for the time he was on the job, everything he did, and we paid for, we had to have re-done after he walked off the job. We had a representative from TN contractors licensing come out and inspect what he had done. The representative felt Palmer should go before the disciplinary board. Mr. Palmer lies so much, he either can not comprehend the truth, or simply thinks lying is a better way of life. When we started asking him how our money was being spent, since it was obviously not being spent on the house, he refused to give us an accounting. After a number of arguments, he finally pulled his sign and dumpster from the house and bailed out. We had to get others to come in and fix the mess he made. RUN...DON'T WALK FROM HIM.

My overall experience was pleasant. Mickey Palmer was very easy to work with, and respected my needs. The work was completed in a reasonable length of time. I would recommend them to friends and family.
