I scheduled a deep cleaning prior to putting the house on the market thru Ashley of West Nashville. I paid extra to be the first cleaning of the day. However, due to unforeseen circumstances nobody showed up until after noon. When I called to inquire, I was met with Rude Ashley who would not allow me to speak and when I asked if I could say something she said "you can say anything you want" and hung up the phone......so I'm saying it here. If you can tolerate rudeness from the scheduler, the cleaning staff are hard working and nice. The cleaning itself was fine and the hard work they did was appreciated.

They clean the first Wednesday of every month. I pay $125 for a monthly cleaning. They do a good job rescheduling if I need to. They have never not come on the day they were supposed to.

The positive: The manager who I worked with was very easy to reach and responsive. The cleaners who came to my house were kind and respectful. Unfortunately, I found this service to be a very poor value. After the initial "deep cleaning," I received two regular cleanings. In the first instance, the cleaner was only here for 45 minutes, and the house was only partially cleaned. In the second instance, the cleaner was present for an hour and 15 minutes, and did clean the house, but not very thoroughly. This seems outrageous for a $99 service, for which the cleaner is presumably being paid something like $10 - $15 per hour. Of greater concern is the impression I got that the cleaners were not being honest with the main office. One cleaner reported to the office that the front door was locked (it wasn't) and that the house was very hot (also untrue). Another cleaner reported to the office that she had spend an hour more in the house than she actually had. It was especially surprising to me that there would be these discrepancies, since I was present in the house for every cleaning, and made note of the cleaners' arrival and departure times.

I had one person who cleaned who was very good. I told them if they could not send her, don't send anyone. I have very , very disappointing results with others. After the good person quit, I used her backup for awhile. He was fairly good, but it just wasn't worth it. I never really knew if there would be a substitution.

I just don't think they did a very good job.

Depending on who came out, they either did a good job or a medium job. We ended up having a bad experience though. The price was fine. They could have been a little more careful with my furniture and my walls. They could have been a little more careful with the cleaning products they use. They dripped something all across the marble in my master bathroom and although, they did try to do multiple things to correct it, those stains are still there.

The people are very kind they are just so inconsistent. They send different house cleaners frequently which is aggravating because you have to show them around and show them what you like. They are way overpriced, they increased my rate by 85% within 2 years. There is a lot of employee turnover and the company is just not consistent in their work standards and price.

After weeks of complaining I decided to just deal with the poor quality.  Then we were moved of the end of day on Fridays.  I asked to be moved back to mornings but they refused.  I tried to cancel the service and they threatened to charge me a $345 cancellation fee.  Not a company I would ever use again.
