The company itself was very organized and made the process easy. All the paperwork and stuff, the company itself did a good job of it. The company itself would get an A, the real estate agent would get a B. I would probably not use them again, just because I did not like this agent at all so I don't want to go back. She was just a very poor communicator and she kind of was standing out more for the buyer than me the seller that she was representing. I didn't like her lack of professionalism and lack of communication.

He was fabulous. Andy helped us look at the home and decide specifically what needed adjusting to prepare to put it on the market. Then, he had a professional photographer photograph the home for the listing. He looked at neighborhood comps to help us find the most realistic asking price. The moment we put it on the market we began to receive offers! Andy has the experience to help us sort through offers and ascertain what our options were. He is the consummate professional and made our home sale process smooth!

Overall the experience dealing with Melissa was very pleasant. She was fun to work with and get to know. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a super hard-working realtor that is very smart as well as nice to be around. Her work ethic is way above par and she works extremely hard to get her clients the best deal possible. If you hire her you will not be disappointed, I promise.

Melissa visited our house in Feb. and told us what we needed to do to help sell our house. The changes weren't much and I was able to pretty much do most of it. I hired some professionals to do the other work which was apprx $1500 after it was all over with on fixing it up. Then, Melissa put it on the market by March and we had an offer in 7 days! Then, once the deal was in contract we found our new house within 2 weeks. Melissa provides good advertising, she knows how to sell a house and is very quick to turnaround everything needed to complete contracts. We were ready to do whatever it took to sell our house and find a new one and combined with Melissa's experience I think that is what helped make it successful. The above cost was our apprx closing costs for buying (with money down) and the fees it took to fix the house up before we sold it. It excluded some of the other fees such as home inspection and advertising fees from the realtor (apprx $100-$150).
