I pay $99 for the year. The price would be an A because you’re not going to get any better than that. I had called around. He’s here on time. He walks you through. I’m blocked in with them because they put in my unit. That it would be good. I would still look around for units to see if this would be the unit you would want for your house. If it’s large enough to heat and cool the square footage of your home. I think the units only last now 10 years. I’ve been in this house now 40 years. I would have you, you know, make sure you do your research. The unit itself, the size of the unit is huge. It is absolutely huge. I didn’t look at that because of Tommy Watson. I just love Watson Electric, but this unit is huge.

I was able to schedule a service call within 48 hours of my call and the technician communicated quickly about the work performed and clearly indicated the status of my unit.

We purchased our HVAC from Watson Electric who was acquired by Maynard. Today we woke up to a cold house. I called Maynard who was able to send a service guy out within a couple of hours. The service man was able to quickly determine which component of my system failed and that it was still fully covered by the original warranty.
The part was backordered at all of his regular suppliers. Rather than giving up, the service man and his folks at the Maynard office were able to convince the manufacturer to give me the necessary part out of a complete unit in the warehouse. Within four hours we had heat again!

I am so pleased to have found an HVAC service provider who gave me honest, straight information and was able to arrange a very timely installation of my new heating and cooling unit. Not only was Mr. Holtman informative, but in the process of installing the new unit, found a gaping hole in my ductwork that had escaped the notice of the company that had been servicing my unit for the past three years! Now, I can expect lower electric bills and a system that actually heats and cools to the temperature set on the themostat. I am ecstatic and appreciate the prompt, professional, courteous service provided by Maynard select.

The work turned out fine. They were very honest and didn't lie to me about any unnecessary repairs. The first time I set up an appointment with them, they did not show up at all because they were confused on the address. On the second time, they showed up thirty minutes late.

When I moved into this condo, I knew nothing about heating and cooling services. My realtor recommended Maynard Select to me. When they come for the tune-up, they spend about forty minutes checking the unit and all of the parts. A lot of the technicians who have come out have been with the company for a long time. They were so nice to me that I have been them for 16 years. I know if I ever have a problem, I am on the top of their list to come because I am on their service contract. Any questions that I have had, they have always responded to. They are honest, helpful, and I have no complaints with their service.
