I've used them over the last number of years. I have them on a quarterly plan. They come out every three months. Every visit I would set it up with the owner and he was very flexible in making it work on my schedule. I think it's about $90 a quarter and if I ever needed anything, he would come out. On cost, I really don't have a point of reference but it's worth it to me to pay that. I don't know what the going rates are.

He did a great job. very professional. highly recommended.

Exterminate

I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days of my initial call. They arrived on time and listened to what my husband and I had to say. They wasted no time getting the work done and the cost was very reasonable. Haven't heard or seen any evidence of mice since the work was done. Will definitely be utilizing their services in the future as needed.

Its a very small, private owned company which I liked. If you found an issue you could just call and they would come right back out.

Most of my neighbors use them. The guy who comes is awesome. I've been using him for over a year or 2. I have a contract with him and he comes out quarterly. His price is good. The other companies that I looked into were more expensive.
