I have had very positive experiences with this company. They are consistently pleasant, competent, and willing to spend as much time as I need to discuss my concerns or options. I have had a regular pest control worker during the 2 years that I've been having quarterly sprayings, and that consistency has helped me to feel more comfortable with the service and recommendations provided. Most recently, I've had to had termite treatment done, and I also found that the employees providing that service were knowledgeable, professional, and willing to take time to educate me about the needs and the process. I have been very satisfied with this company, and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. My only downside with working with them is that their office is only open until 4:30 pm; they do open before 8 am, but occasionally the early closing hour has been difficult for me with my work schedule. Luckily, having a regular pest control worker has allowed me the flexibility to reach out to her directly to schedule sprayings and address most other concerns, so it hasn't had as much of an impact as it could have.

I wouldn't want to recommend this pest control company to anyone else, but there isn't anyone else that I want to use either. The price is fine. Its not being outrageous. Some of the others I have checked with are expensive. They are ok. To check around and find their own one. I don't want to recommend them, and not do a good job.

Mack's service was unacceptable to us. A technician came over, looked around a bit, couldn’t find anything and gave up. She even questioned whether we had seen wasps in the first place. I climbed halfway out the window, looked under the eave and found the nest. I got the sprayer from her and sprayed it myself. But the worst part about the visit was her demeanor. We found her to be rude and dismissive, as if she had forgotten that we were the customers. After that, the same technician was rude to my wife when she had called to schedule an appointment. My wife then called Mack and requested that this technician not be assigned to us anymore. I don’t know why Mack ignored her request, but a couple weeks later, the same one called again. She pressed my wife about scheduling a new appointment. My wife was recovering from surgery and said it wasn’t a good time and that we would call back. She kept pressing and was insisting on at least spraying the outside of the house. My wife specifically said we didn’t want her to do that. The following week we received an invoice for an outside treatment - she had come and done the outside treatment despite us telling her not to. When I called and spoke to a manager about it, he said he would have to check with the technician to find out her side of the story and that he thought we should at least pay half of the bill. He acted like he didn’t believe me, as if I was trying to cheat Mack out of half a service call after being a loyal customer for 10 years. As much as I love supporting local businesses, we had no choice but to go with another pest control company. They schedule appointments on OUR time frame because they appreciate that we are the customer. They also do a more comprehensive set of service treatments, including treating the eaves and walls of the house, something Mack never did. I sent an email and then a letter to Mack but got no response to either. Actually, the only response I got was another invoice for the $40 balance for the treatment we told them not to do.

Love these guys! So friendly and attentive. Called on a Friday and they were out first thing Monday morning. Even offered to come out again for free (after the initial treatment) just to ensure all was going well. Highly, highly recommend.

It was just fine.

They are very prompt. In between regular visits, if you do see any bugs, you can call them and they will come right out. There is no contract required, whereas as many companies do require that.

They absolutely get A for overall rating.

They have really been wonderful. I don't contract them personally, but they are contracted out through our apartment complex. They simply do a wonderful job. They are very good with the cats and they are very good with coming back if I need them. Sometimes the apartment complex lets them in and they just work, and I never even know that they are there. If I have any problem, they are very responsive. I live really close to a forest and the forest is around three feet away from my deck, and there are lots of ugly tree bugs that look like tree roaches and sometimes they crawl under the deck doors, and if I ever see one of those, I always call them and they are there the very next day. I would continue to use them.

They don't only exterminate but do a complete check up for pests as well. They've been pretty easy to work with and are reliable. They make sure to alert you when they are coming.

They are family owned business, they are terrific, and we have been using them for 8 years. They are prompt and professional.

They came out and did a good job. They do what they say they're going to do. I never had any negative feedback. They were reasonably priced. They always seemed to know what they were doing.

Overall, we are happy with their service. They are reliable and do good

They had been our pest control people for years, but we we always struggling with roaches, which would come in from warehouses where we ordered supplies. If you asked them to come out again they would charge you again or it would take a really long time to get back to us. They are not a bad company, we just found a better one.

Last year we had contracted with Terminix for regular pest control services, and the Terminix agent led us to believe that our house was swarming with termites. On the recommendation of a friend, we called Mack. The technician spent more than twice as much time as the Terminix agent had spent. He also spent nearly thirty minutes with my husband, explaining the inner-workings of termite treatment, termite habits etc. The Mack agent even showed my husband exactly where the termites were (a small part of our deck, not all over the house, as the Terminix agent had told us). They treated the whole house as a preventative measure for several hundred less than what Terminix has quoted us. We have since switched to Mack for our regular pest control too. We have had absolutely no bugs in or around our home, and I actually love dealing with Mack. They are reliable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.

Mack Pest Control is very punctual, and they always call ahead of time. The company is very reliable and has always provided me with quality work every time.

We have used Mack Pest Control for at least 10 years. The first time we used them, we had a problem, but we have had no problems since then. For that reason we keep them under contract. We are very happy.

Mack Pest Control are very honest and conveniently located. They thoroughly explain everything they are doing and why. I am very pleased with their service.
