Lynch Htg & A/C

My upstairs air unit quit cooling.  I contacted Tony Lynch first thing Monday morning and within a few hours he and a technician came by the house to inspect the unit.  I watched them test the unit and they found a freon leak.  They sealed the leak and recharged the unit with freon.  Due to the unit working overtime trying to cool the compressor got very hot and is not working at 100%.  Fortunately, the 10 year old unit is still under warranty so a new compressor is going to be installed once the part is in.  
Tony and his technician were very professional and willing to answer any questions I had.  I would recommend him as a service provider for any heating and cooling needs.  I will provide another review once the compressor is installed.

The number that I had went straight to the owners phone. He said that he didn't know when he could come out and look at the unit. The owner said he would call back, but never did. I called him a few days later and he sent someone out a few hours later. He didn't have any records of the install and had to ask me for the invoice. The technician was very inconsistent on what he thought the problem could be. He said that the unit was low on Freon. This is a brand new unit though and the only way it could be low on this is if either the installed never put Freon in it at time of install or if there is a leak in the system somewhere. The technician took 5 minutes of his time to check to see if it was leaking and said it was not. He said to call back in March when the 1 year labor warranty was over. When the technician left he did not leave us with a invoice or any kind of paper stating he was there. I emailed him and tried to get it but he didn't respond.
