It?s so big that you have to walk so far to find what you need. It would be nice if someone would come up to you and ask if they could help you like they do at ACE Hardware.

It was great! The ladies in the blinds dept. at Murfreesboro Lowe's were very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman that came to measure and install was very professional. He was punctual and definitely knew what he was doing.

Their prices are reasonable. The price was pretty much the same everywhere I looked. They are helpful and close. I will absolutely continue to use them.

They make better house keys than other branded store. For some reason, Lowe's could make our house keys, but another one could not. I have done this twice. I knew before when I had it done, I had to go to Lowe's to get it done correctly.

Sales associate informed us that the dishwasher was on backorder and was expected to be back in stock within two weeks.
Dishwasher took over a month to arrive, and when it finally did, we were on vacation. The installation department called me while we were traveling and I returned the call within the hour, but when I returned the call, I was put on hold and eventually disconnected. Called back with the same result. After calling a third time, I was informed that there was and quot;no one there to help meand quot; and that I should call back the next day.
Shortly after, the installation guy himself calls me and schedules an appointment for the day after we got back into town. I took the day off of work to accommodate him. The installation department then calls me 15 minutes prior to the appointment to tell me that the dishwasher meant for me was damaged, and that they'd have to order another one. The supervisor of the installation department then called me the next day to ask how the installation went, when of course, there had not been one.
I could have let everything go - the length of time it took to get the dishwasher in, the miscommunications, the damage to the dishwasher, the fact that I wasted a day off - I mean, things happen, I understand that. But I cannot excuse the pitiful level of customer service provided to me at every level within the installation department. It was only after numerous complaints spread out over several days that I was offered a discount on installation. Someone needs to take responsibility for the customer experience.
When the dishwasher finally came in for a second time, the installation guy was extremely professional, and we were pleased with his effort.

It was a very good experience with them. Their price was reasonable. I have shopped in several appliances stores but I like the selection Lowes has. I won't say their store is extra ordinary but their delivery and the installation was top notch.

The installer did not install this properly. He left the screen off. When I called Lowe's, they denied that I needed the screen to be attached.

The service was good and I didn't have any problems. The guy in doors was excellent when I went in the store. The price wasn't bad.

I paid them for the labor and the materials. They subcontracted the floors. The guy who came out and did the floors was from another department of Lowes. They got the local person from the area to come out and do the work. They might have some people that are certified to do some other project. As far as this project, I'm sure people have nothing to do with being part of this corporation. They did a decent job. Even if Lowes hires them to do it, they picked a decent crew. They got the work done pretty quickly. They didn't mess up anything. Lowes was all right. I wouldn't say my experience of buying from them was outstanding. I got cheap floors. I paid for what I got. People that installed it, installed it well. I may or may not use them in the future.

Everything went great. The crew was very knowledgeable and set everything up just fine. The prices were superb. I will certainly use them again in the future.

I would not recommend this company. They did not do a good job following through with the work. I have had them come out three times to try and install the door correctly, but they have not got it right yet.

They were very good; I was very pleased with the service. They had a bit of a problem with the hinges and that was a hassle but they fixed it quite quickly. I felt their responsiveness could have been a bit better but it was satisfactory service nevertheless.

IT WAS VERY SIMPLE. I WENT TO THE STORE AND TOLD THEM WHAT I NEEDED. THAT AFTERNOON, THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT. THE GUY THAT CAME OUT WAS VERY COURTEOUS. HE EVEN PUT THE LITTLE BOOTIES ON HIS SHOES WHEN WALKING AROUND THE HOUSE. IT TOOK 30 MINUTES TOTAL. THEY WERE $500 CHEAPER THAN WHAT THE PLUMBER I TALKED TO QUOTED.

Lowes did a wonderful job. We were well pleased with their work. I found them to be fast and efficient. We would definitely use them again.

We usually do most home improvements ourselves, but we decided to hire someone for our countertops. We picked Lowes, because we buy all our supplies there, and they send out great contractors. We felt the price was probably fair, but did not do any comparing.
