Installed dead sod and then seeded it with crabgrass. Everything is dead and they wonâ t call us back.

Clearly, Mr Lopez does quality work based on his reviews, but when he puts in very poor quality wood, he will not stand behind it. Within 2-3 of installation we had many slats warp and we also notice that the main support rails he was using were warped. When I asked him to replace these, he said, It wasnt like that at the beginning. Do you think I made it to go like that? You think Im mother nature to warp anything? I told him that he was responsible for the product (wood) he installed and it isnt natural for wood to warp like that. He said, then get a metal fence. I dont make the wood. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Mr. Lopez responded to my inquiry promptly (same day), came out for a quote, and did the work within a week. We felt the pricing was fair for the work we requested and looks great. He redid both the front and back yards and planted quite a few trees. We were asked during the work about our preference in planting and trimming. Weâ ll definitely recommend him to others who need landscape work.

Mr. Lopez has done really excellent work for me on a couple of occasions. He installed a patio and walkway that he designed with minimal instruction from me. I sent him a few photographs of what I had in mind and he provided the most economical design and state within my budget. He was prompt thorough efficient the patio and walkway look beautiful. Mr. Lopez was very professional. I needed yard spruce up and he finished the job in a day and in a time that I had requested. job included - lawn mowing, drawing trench around flower beds, mulching, cleaning the flower bed, taking off dead plants in the flower bed, cutting low hanging tree branches, trimmed bushes, and cleaned up after finishing. He brought mulch and 3 new flowering plants as agreed and started on time and finished on time. My yard has never looked better. wondering why I did not hire him before to take care of my lawn. Pricing reasonable too. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Lopez and sons have amazing skills. We have a stone patio and Mr. Lopez replaced / restored a large area of stone pavers, as if were never damaged. He also repaired our irrigation system and it s like new !
