Could not get a return call after several messages left.

They responded to my inquiry right away, arrived early (!!) for the scheduled service, and finished in exactly the amount of time (and for the exact amount of money) I was quoted over the phone. They were very friendly and professional. The price was significantly lower than other places. I would definitely hire them again/recommend to a friend.

I called the number on Angie's List and they referred me to their Murfreesboro location since they are closer.   Called them and they were about $100 cheaper than the three other places I'd called.  Got me on the schedule a few days later (at my convenience).
The two guys that came out did the job quickly and were nice.  One of them even fixed something I hadn't noticed was wrong with one of my wipers.
Super price and super service - I'll use them again if I need glass replaced or repaired.

The transaction went beautifully from start to finish. I first called Lawrence Glass and set up a time frame when they would come to my location to perform the work. The time frame was 1-5 pm and they arrived at 3pm. The old shattered windshield was removed and a new windshield installed. They vacuumed up the shattered glass from the car and wiped down the dash to remove all glass fragments. I am a new resident of Nashville and there are several companies who will do this work. The reason I selected Lawrence Glass even though they had only been reviewed once still it was an A rating but my deciding factor is they were listed as providing this service to the dealers in this area and I felt if they were good enough for the dealers they were good enough for me and they did not disappoint. I would highly recommend them for auto windshield replacement.
