I will begin to say , that I paid for all of the materials. But Daily the head "Guy" Keith Howard would ask for more cash, to pay his men, and to buy more needed supplies. The cost went on and on.... The tile was un-even, very shotty job. His employees were treated badly and did crappy work,   The KICKER was him telling us that we could save money for Grout, and get another ...something...., we said sure. (thinking they would know the best.)  The "grout" that was used was already chipping out of some places, I could not believe what I was seeing, come to find out ....they used CEMENT...... We called, told them not to return, that we were not happy with the work and would like some of the money back. And were laughed at and hung up on.  - Hired another Contractor to take ALL of the cement (grout out of ALL of the rooms), re-grout, *with grout, the dust from taking out the cement in all of the room (approx. 90 sq. feet) had COVERED everything in my house. ****NO sheets, or plastic were hung to, Oh, I dont know, Keep the dust in the room they were working? Noooo, (We were at work while these jobs were being done),and THIS was the 2nd  crew, fixing the 1st crews job.... !  This should have cost around 3000.00........after finally getting the job finished we had to had a cleaning company come in and clean the walls, and dust every item in the house, ALL of the wooden blinds- 300.00 more dollars. His title is- "your total handy man services we do it right always"           .......I say, save your self the chest pain.......
