I happened to see Mr. Kaya and he told me that he had just received a message that Michelin tires in the size used on my Lexus were on sale. While the tire was not the same model as were on the car I told him we would try them. They worked and the car handled extremely well. The dealer had quoted me a price almost twice what Kaya charged and even a discount store was more expensive.

It went perfectly. The oil and filter was changed, and all other items listed in the owner's manual for 60,000 mile service were checked or performed. The work was done in a couple of hours and they called me to pick up the car. Compare his price with the price from the dealer. Outstanding work at a more than fair price.

I had noticed what appeared to be a decline in the efficiency of the brakes on my Lexus. I took the vehicle to Kaya's Belle Meade Service Center and had the brakes checked. He showed me where the rotors had become glazed and worn and the pads were gone. Turning the rotors was not a viable option so the brake pads and rotors were replaced. Until I traded in the car there was never again a brake problem. The rotors and pads they used never made a sound ( i.e. squeak) when the brakes were applied. It was excellent work.

It went perfectly, if any car problem can be so described. Brought the car in, they checked any potential problem, narrowed it down to a faulty alternator, called me and told me what the cost would be. I gave them authorization (after checking with the dealer and discovering that the cost would be several hundred dollars more) and they called me a few hours later and told me to pick up the car. I never had another electrical problem with the car.

My car was in desperate need of a tune up, as well as new tires. Kaya took excellent care of me. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help a single mom have a car she could depend on. He was more than fair and reasonable. He communicated with me extensively during the repair process. He was very thorough and just a wonderful person. I would most definitely go back to Kaya if I needed more work done on my car.
