I had a massive tree that needed removing and had several quotes that were very high and I had a really hard time getting them out when they said they would show. I reached out to Karol's Tree Service on Angi and got an immediate call from Nelson. He gave me a very fair deal on the price and was able to get the job done within a week. The crew was professional and did an exceptional job and I was very surprised at how well they cleaned up my yard after getting the tree down. They also ground the stump which most companies will charge you an additional fee for that service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for tree services.

Excellent service. Nelson was great to work with. He came out promptly and gave the lowest quote and inspired a lot of confidence. His crew arrived on time, finished early, and did a great job with a dying tree overhanging two houses and a power line. Would definitely hire again.

Did a great job cutting down a large tree in my yard. Cleaned up nicely after themselves. Communication wasn't great at times, but we got things figured out. Only complaint was their truck dropped a bunch of oil in my driveway...not happy!

Honest, friendly, reliable and priced reasonably. Ramiro is a pro at climbing trees. He proved it. Heâ s coming tomorrow to give a price for removing some trees for me AGAIN! I know Iâ m going to end up hiring him again. I highly recommend him.

They cut down a HUGE tree surrounded by power lines. Performed the job effortlessly and was extremely satisfied. The reason I gave 4 stars is because they also ground up the stump. This left a HUGE pile of wood shavings/chips in which they left. Not sure what I am going to do with all of that.

Availability when we needed for estimate and service. Job completed on time. Great Price! The only reason for a 4 star rate is due to 1 tree that was uprooted and a large tree trunk that was left behind. We were told they will come back for them when their in the area.

The price was fair for the work I needed done. The crew that did the work at my house was prompt, courteous and professional and did an excellent job, including the cleanup! I will definitely use Karol s in the future for this type service.

This is a highly professional family owned business. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive. We got 5 quotes all from Home Advisor and they were reasonably priced. We had 4 out of 10 large trees cut down and removed. These large trees next to the house with big limbs growing over the roof. They were removed without any problems. There clean up was great. They actually left the front yard cleaner than they found it. We will definitely use them again if we have to thin out more trees.

Some miscommunications about the date of service and cancellation, but happy with the work

Hard working , professionals

They did an amazing job! I had some seriously overgrown shrubs and trees, plus three trees that need to be removed. They showed up on time and cleared everything out. It took a couple of tries to get it scheduled, but once everything was set, it went off without a hitch.
