No no no!!! Do NOT waste your time or money on this guy! He was so rude to us! Every time my husband had any communication with him, he was a complete jerk! I'm not even sure how he has any clients! Aside from his attitude, he halfway did a job, then blamed our contractor for everything that went wrong including leaking a gallon of water into our newly renovated bathroom. He ripped off the bead board and left it in pieces (all could have been avoided if he just did what he was supposed to do in the first place) and now we have to pay for materials and labor to replace it. He also had the nerve to tell my husband we needed to lend him our SUV so he could go "run errands" for an afternoon when he broke his key to his truck in our driveway. (Didn't even ask us, not that we would have lent it to him anyway) On top of that, he left his truck here for days until the new key came. WHO DOES THAT?!? He showed up on the days he said he would, but he was at least 45 minutes late both times. Worst of all, my husband told him we really need him to fix this issue because we're having a party this weekend and our guests will need to use this new bathroom. This party was pretty much the whole reason we are having the bathroom built. He tells us that he doesn't know if he'll have time to fix everything (ALL HIS FAULT BTW) because HIS WIFE is also having a party this weekend. So his personal life comes before his business and his clients. And it doesn't matter to him that we're left SOL. My husband and I own a business and this is NOT how you treat your customers. Again, I don't know how he gets ANY repeat clients. On his website, he states that his company treats "your home as their own". I would hate to see their home then. I'm beyond devastated at the situation he has left us in. Please don't waste your money or time with this guy. He does not know his craft/industry as well as he says he does.

John was recommended by our Realtor.   We recently sold our house and part of the buyers inspection report requested that we adjust the water pressure reducing valve (it was too high).  I contacted John and he advised that at that high of pressure, it could no longer be adjusted but would need to be replaced, and he gave me a quote over the phone.  Since I wasn't too familiar with this part or the costs, I did get a "second opinion" from one of the larger plumbing companies.  They also confirmed that it would need to be replaced, and gave me a much higher quote.  I called John back, and he was very nice to schedule me in quickly.  The part was replaced with no issue.  I would recommend him to others for any plumbing work, as he was very reasonable and doesn't charge those ridiculous high markups like larger plumbing companies.

I've used John for my last 2 properties and he's always been great to work with.   Couldn't ask for a better plumber.

Contacted John about a noisy toilet.  He immediately suspected that the problem was a bad pressure regulator and not a problem with the toilet himself.  He used a pressure gauge to check the water pressure and it was significantly higher than it should be.  Also asked about an inoperative garbage disposal which he quickly found was rusted out.  While replacing the disposal he found that the under-sink piping had not been done correctly by the builder so he fixed that as well.  He used his experience to accurate troubleshoot the problems saving both time and money in unnecessary repairs.
John was prompt, responsive, and always did exactly what he promised.

Was on time, presentably dressed, personable, got to work and got the jobs done.

Called John and was given an estimated cost over the phone, including the cost of the new water heater.  The final bill did not exceed the estimate, which made us really happy.  John arrived with the new water heater and ready to install at the time he promised.  He was very careful in removing the old heater and all was clean before leaving.  The installation of the new water heater and the new gas lines was very professional. John is licensed and insured. I have used several of the larger companies in the area in the past, but in the future I will call John because of his personal and professional service. I am sure I could have found someone cheaper, but I wanted a professional when it comes to working on the gas appliances and lines in my home.
