John took me to see all the homes I'd bookmarked on a real estate site (18 in all I believe) . In one weekend! On the second day of our search, he texted me about a home that had just come on the market and that he (correctly, it turns out) thought would sell very quickly. It was a house I would have overlooked because it didn't exactly meet all of my criteria. But John knew the market, knew the neighborhood, and recognized a good deal when he saw it. And now, a month later, I just closed on my first home, which is not only a perfect fit for me but also a great investment.
