It depends on which guy you get, but both of them have been there for 20 years, so we get one of the two. Either one of them are very professional.

They have two guys that has worked for them, both of them for over 20 years, which says a lot. You get one of the two and both of them are really good. I have been using them for probably 8 years, something like that.

Called first thing in morning and talked to a very nice lady who said somebody could probably get here early afternoon. He arrived around 3:30. Repairman found water heater in the attic, but the attic temperature was very hot, and he didn't think he could work on it because the heat. (He thought appliance might need a valve.) He came back down, and when I was trying to decide what to do, he said he had another idea. He went back up and pushed the reset button. That worked. It all took about five minutes. I thought the cost for pushing a reset button was high.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had been searching high and low for a plumber to come in and do repairs for a reasonable rate. These guys were recommended by the person that I purchased my home from, and when I saw their reviews on Angie's List I gave them a call. Their bid was the most reasonable estimate I received for the work to be performed, and the estimate was given along with an explanation of the work to be performed. They were able to get me scheduled within a week, and my plumber was very courteous and efficient. As with a lot of services, he was slightly late on the day of the job, but they had let me know to keep my whole day open, so I wasn't bothered by this at all. He explained what he was doing and got right to work. The job was completed in less time than he'd anticipated it taking, and the final cost came in the exact middle of the range that Frank Sullivan had given me when he came out to do my estimate. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and quality work from these guys - I have found my plumbers for life!

It went great / showed up 5 mins early / didn't have one of the parts needed BUT got on the phone and had the part in less then 15 mins . I'd use them again .

I cannot say enough good things about our plumbing technician, Wade. We had already had a bad experience with another plumber, but this went GREAT. He came and listened to what I needed done, worked efficiently and effectively, and got the job finished in under 3 hours. He was on time and personable. We will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing issues!

This company is the only plumbing company we use. Jim and Mike have decades of plumbing experience. No plumber is cheap, but their prices are reasonable. They have the exclusive contract to do all of the plumbing for Steak and Shake in the surrounding area, so this speaks highly for their professionalism.
Since we had a leak spraying water, they worked us in to their schedule, and arrived early afternoon.
We highly recommend this company. They do quality, professional work.

While we were out of town the plumbing in one of our rental properties sprang a leak. As it turns out our plumber was also away for fall break. I found this plumber on Angie's list and called them. They had someone at the property that day though the repair could not be completed until the next day. I am so thankful they were willing to go and do the work while I was not around.

We have a Bosch Prostar water heater that was installed prior to our buying the house. It has functioned fairly well for 5 years, but is on it's last legs, I fear. This summer it developed a problem; not keeping the gas burning when the water was turned on at low volume.
After several frustrating weeks trying to figure it out, we called Sulivan. They sent a service person out right away. As this unit is computer controlled and has way too many parts, it took a few tries to figure out the problem. Once they narrowed it down to the control board (central CPU) it was only a matter of ordering the part and waiting for the arrival.
Part arrived and installed, problem solved.
Between Frank and the other service tech, I think they have made 5 trips to my house. Frank has been back to help me adjust the unit and make sure it is all good. All this work and trouble for one charge. I cannot say enough good things about them.

They always fix the issue the first time around. They are very responsive, punctual, and professional. I would say their pricing is competitive.

Called Joe B Sullivan and Sons based on an add in church bulletin and after searching comments on Angie's List. They made the appointment for a few days later and I asked them to bring a new garbage disposal for the kitchen sink (rather than going to buy one myself). They fixed a leaky faucet and a very slow drain in a bathroom and then found that the existing garbage disposal was repairable rather than selling us a new one. We were very pleased.

Two visits went well. We have used them before.

This is the second time we have use their services and in both cases they have been satisfactory.

Joe from this company is great. He is a pleasure to deal with and very cordial and polite in our home. He knows his stuff and is very detail oriented. We like him a lot.
