Horrible, awful, uninspired, unprofessional. I was stuck with things I didn't like based off of small photos that were emailed to me. Measurements were done wrong leaving me with a 150$ fee for them to return excess materials. The staff is inexperienced yet priced as if they had experience. This was truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any company. I spent tons of money on a bathroom that didn't have one ounce of design. No toilet paper holders or towel racks. I was told that these items were only given if I told them to include them. Their business model seems to be just order things that they are told to order. I was given almost no direction and I had to deal with completely inexperienced and highly unprofessional people.

Jessica was a pleasure to work with. She responded quickly to my inquiry, and was able to meet with me less than a week later. I let her know I already had a plan in mind, but I wanted to have a professional eye to make sure I was on the right track.
When she came to my house, I showed her photos and described what I was planning, and she gave helpful advice on how to execute. She gave great suggestions on how to utilize what I had, or suggestions of low-cost ways to get necessary editions (websites, local places, etc.), and left behind helpful notes. Jessica was laid-back and easygoing, was super-knowledgeable but not pushy. It was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend her!

It was a large project. JL Designs coordinated all parts; construction, carpet replacement, paint, audiovisual and window treatments.They and the people they recommended to do the actual work were very professional.

JL did a great job listening to our needs and designing a great space that fit our budget. They were also quick to get a handle on the things that were most important to US. Finally, they handled the actual implementation very well and, although we went a little over the estimated completion date, JL made sure the work was done to our satisfaction and standards. Highly recommended.

She was wonderful and very easy to work with. She was well within the budget. She was very pleasant, professional and very punctual. She was recommended by the architect who did our design. She went around and shopped for the tiles and other things. She took a reasonable amount of deposit and she charged by the hour. Once that has been used up, she billed us by the hour from then on. However she itemized how she spent her time and she told us in detail what she did in that time. I felt that she spent the time properly and I never questioned her because of the way she did the work. She made some good recommendations for our fireplace. The people who did our hardwood stairs and the painting didn?t do a good job. The railings didn?t match the floor, but she came up with a solution that was perfect that made everything look good. I would highly recommend her and would definitely use her again.
