"We sincerely appreciate any and all feedback from our customers so that we may continually improve and always want the opportunity to make things right if we make a mistake! Although we have an 'A' rating from this customer, I noticed that they rated us a 'B' for quality. This disturbed me since we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and in fact that is one aspect in which we distinguish ourselves from our competitors so I contacted the customer to see what it was about the quality that they were unhappy with. As it turns out, the customer's complaint was not with the quality of the installation but actually the noise level of the furnace/air handler which sits in a closet in their condo. They had hoped that the new unit would be quieter than the old and indicated that they were disappointed that it was not. I offered to have a technician go to their home at no charge and at their convenience, just to ensure there wasn't something we could do to decrease the noise for them. The homeowners agreed to meet our technician, but after multiple attempts to contact and/or meet them, they have cancelled or forgotten about us, until they finally told us that they would contact us when they could make it happen. Since months have passed since our initial contact, I felt it necessary to respond to this review. However, should this homeowner see this comment or remember to call us sometime in the future, we will be glad to stand behind our word and try to help them out. Sincerely, Bree Jewell"
