Work was performed in the Hendersonville location. They were very professional. Work was completed quickly. All electronics function as they did with the OEM windshield. I've experienced no increase in wind noise nor have I experienced any water leaks since replacing the windshield.

Great. It took 30 minutes. I was kept up to date on the arrival window. This is the 1st windshield I've ever had replaced, but they did a great job & I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

My windshield had a chip that evolved into a long crack - 12" long. The quote provided over the phone $325+tax was much lower than comparable auto glass shops. Appointment set-up at my home was quick, easy and convenient. They called the morning of the install and gave a time when they would arrive. They were on-time and did a great job. Service provider was prompt, professional and courteous. They did not try to upsell or change the price after arriving for the appointment. Great customer service and a lifetime warranty.

Great experience w/ Jack Morris Auto Glass! Called on Wednesday 1/14 and spoke with LeeAnn. She was very helpful and took the time to explain the different options to me as well as costs associated with each option. Was able to make an appt for Friday 1/16, where Jonathan (tech) arrived in the 2 hour time window provided, and had my chip replaced in ~20-25 minutes for the exact cost LeeAnn had quoted me over the phone. Very pleased with service and work!

The rear windshield broke late one evening at a local home improvement store after putting too many large items in it on the coldest night of the year. The next morning I called Jack Morris and spoke to LeeAnn. She mentioned that I could bring the vehicle in that morning to their downtown location or someone could replace it onsite the next day. She also wanted to know if I was going to pay for it myself or go through insurance. For a much better price than I expected, Daniel came to my home the following day. LeeAnn confirmed the time and the installer coming within 1 hour. He was on time and very courteous. He took only about 30 minutes, vacuuming up all the loose glass and cleaning the window before he left. Having a shattered windshield went from a huge inconvenience to a good experience. I could not have been more pleased.

We were shocked to see a 9 inch long crack in the windshield of our Subaru Forester. We found Jack Morris on Angie's List and they were also recommended by our insurance company. They worked with our schedule to make an appointment quickly and we were in and out in less than two hours. The work is perfect and we can't even tell the windshield was replaced. The installation has a lifetime warranty too. We hope we never need their services again (ha), but would use themagain without hesitation.

Great service. The price was on the low side of quotes I got. They came to my office parking lot to do the work. They gave me a 4 hour window when I made appointment and narrowed it down to 2 hours the morning of the appointment.
Their first opening was over a week from when I called. This was a bit of a negative, but I had to reschedule and they worked me in the next day. So that balanced out.

I thought there might be a problem at first when they did not contact me after not showing up first thing in the AM as I had understood, but after contacting them, Chad arrived within one-half hour. He was great! They did a great job. Customer Service over the phone could have been a little more understanding and not as dismissive, but I would recommend these guys for sure.

The service was awesome and quick. They came out as scheduled to replace my windshield. It only took about 30 minutes for them to replace the windshield. Very friendly and highly recommended.
