DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I gave a down payment and contracted them to install my granite. They measured but failed to make a template, once the stone arrived, it was too short on two walls and too long on another.  They also failed to even cut a hole for the sink! They requested that I drop my sink off for them to make the cut....they never even opened the box...When I called Georgio the owner he informed me that he was not God and that nothing was perfect. Yes, that is what he said.  Then after several minutes of attempting to discuss the issues with this man, he finally became very angry and stated: "I will NOT DO YOUR KITCHEN!" followed by the f-word many times. He then said his guys would be removing all of the stone from my kitchen and I would not be getting it.  I called the police and filed a report because I had already paid for 1/2 of the stone. When I went to see Georgio and get my money back he refused and stated I would have to take him to court. The granite also was not sealed and has stains all over the one piece that I would not allow his workers to remove.  He called the police on me and told me to leave his store.  When I refused, and explained that he himself had broken his own contract by telling his workers to remove the stone, he then said he would have it returned to my kitchen...I refused and demanded my money back...then he stated I owed him $500.  Cussing the entire time...I later found out that he is operating in the State of Tennessee without a business license and also claiming to be BBB Accredited, however I found out the BBB revoked his license well over a year ago.  There are numerous complaints about this business online and I am now adding mine. DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!

DO NOT DEAL with Italian Granite and Marble (IGM)! They are unprofessional and dishonest !



IGM installed granite counter tops for our kitchen in SEPT 2013. Initially, all looked fine - but, in NOV we noticed a crack in the granite and contacted Giorgio at IGM and asked that the problem be corrected. We contacted IGM just before our 2 month warranty expired. Giorgio delayed getting back to us until AFTER the warranty expired. He then sent out a worker, who reported back to him. We heard nothing for about 2 weeks. After repeated attempts to contact him (via phone and email), Giorgio finally responded and indicated our warranty had expired and that it would cost us $150/hr (portal to portal) for IGM to fix the problem.



We had another granite countertop installer take a look at it, along with our contractors,  and they all agreed that the granite was already cracked either when it arrived at our home or when it was installed and that IGM attempted to patch it... WITHOUT TELLING US!



Local installer fixed problem for $75!

They were excellent. They were reasonably priced and the work was expertly done. They work quickly and I would highly recommend them.
