Installers Unlimited

Installers Unlimited is the company that was employed by Bowflex to do the installation of a Bowflex Treadclimber that i purchased online from Bowflex. the charge (in the $250 neighborhood) was paid by me to Bowflex for installation services (so Bowflex was who was paying installers Unlimited). The Installers Unlimited employee that came to my home to perform this service completed most of the installation except for installing a cover that goes on the rear of the machine------- the IU employee told me that Bowflex failed to include a couple of bolts/screws necessary to attaching the cover and completing the installation in the package that had been delivered to my home and said he'd contact Bowflex to have these items mailed to my house so he could attach the cover (no additional money changed hands for this). It's now been a little over a month, and i have not received these items from Bowflex, nor have i received any further contact from Installers Unlimited, so this installation is still incomplete. Also, about 2 or 3 hours following the installation, i discovered that my 2011 PSFL Championship Ring (a ring for a football championship- i own a football team called the Nashville Storm) was missing from its' usual place on my nightstand----- don't know if there's any connection to the installation or not, but this was in the same room where the Bowflex was being installed, and I pretty well stayed out of that room for the 2 hours or so that the installation was being done to stay out of the IU installers' way. i filed a Metro Police report on the missing item about 3 days later (Police report # 12-0842435). It has not been recovered to date.
