Excellent. They take multiple cans and will also take items that don't fit in the can (a fan, a broken plastic tub, etc.). This saves us a trip to the dump.

They are pretty good.  There were a couple times I didn't take the trash out fast enough because they came earlier than expected, to my surprise when I called them and asked if they could come by, they said we can have one come by and grab your trash, which really surprised me.  They sent a truck out just to grab my trash off schedule, sure enough they did it, I was surprised.  I was really impressed. That was above and beyond.

I called to setup trash and recycling pickup for our new house. They dropped off the cans the same day. They always place the cans back nicely when they are done, are always prompt, and they are never finicky about a little extra cardboard recycling or the state of the recyclables. We couldn't be happier.

I recently switched back to Hudgins. I made the mistake of switching to another company for a better rate, which turned out to be not so great in the end, (hidden fees, etc), so I have come back. They are always friendly (even the trash collectors!) and they don't have hidden fees, they prorate their service, and don't charge you for delivery of the container. I also like that they offer recycling pickup. I could take it to the center myself for free, but as busy as I am, it is worth it to not have to make the extra trip and haul it. I haven't used the recycling service yet, but it will start next week. I'm very happy to be back in business with this company.

We have to pay for our pickups here and they bill us every three months.  They are cheaper than other waste management companies around, which are expensive.  They are excellent.  They always tell us in advance if it is a holiday, when they will pick it up next and they put a little not on the trashcan to inform us about that.  They are just really super nice people.  They wave at us and are very personal.  They pick up everything we have ever put out there and they are just nice.  They are usually here at seven in the morning or no later than 7.20 Am.

I've used them for about 10 years. They are really flexible on what they pick up. Everything doesn't need to be in it's own separate bag.

Our garbage is always picked up neatly. He is always on time, he comes around the back of the house to take the garbage out of the can, and he will take anything that we put out there. We have used his service for ten years now. They are the best garbage men we have ever had! The price shown is for three months.

This company is great. They are always prompt and thorough in their work. When the plastic garbage can that they provide developed a crack after long-term use, they promptly replaced it with just one phone call from me. When I have "unusual" trash (e.g., debris from work on deck, or cut up large cardboard boxes, or landscape trimmings), they do the extra pick-up without problem. There was just one time when the guys decided it was too much, but then with one phone call I was able to arrange a special pick-up for a very reasonable fee.
