We are House Dreams and HD Deck&Fence, a custom deck and fence company in Nashville, Tennessee. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, responsiveness and the relationships we build with our clients. We have a gathered 24 years experience in residential and commercial additions and remodeling. Screened porches, composite decking, pool decks, modern looks with cable handrails, garden gates, aluminum and wrought iron fencing, porticoes and pergolas, columned front porches, balconies and terraces. We deliver beautiful work at a beautiful price. We want to help bring your vision to life!

Ad porch roof and enclosure to existing
Description of Work: Very poorly. Too many errors and shabby mistakes to list, including roofing, flashing, electrical, screens, wrong materials, and much more. Even installed a French drain in backwards, so water accumulates rather than drains. Overall sloppy, unskilled result. Never kept promises, always had excuses. Nice guy but doesn’t know what he’s doing and doesn’t have skilled workers. We overpaid for a project that is D- quality.

Our project consisted of demolition of the existing deck and construction of a larger replacement. David was very helpful and practical when approaching design of our new deck, especially when considering young children. The team was very efficient, courteous, and professional and we are very pleased with the result. Our one disappointment was the absence of cleaning the work space of materials like rock and asphalt that was moved to the side but never removed following installation of our main posts.
