It?s so big that you have to walk so far to find what you need. It would be nice if someone would come up to you and ask if they could help you like they do at ACE Hardware.

They delivered it. The salesperson knew his products and and was able to schedule the delivery for exactly when I wanted it to be, when I knew I'd be home. The delivery person was very courteous. I will definitely use them again.

Insulation Service
1. The initial estimate and explanation of what would be done by the Sales Consultant was excellent.
2. The Installation crew tried to install a different fiberglass material then was contracted (Owens Corning Pink).
3. Resolution of the problem and customer contact by the contractor was poor. I had to make several telephone calls to resolve the matter.
The correct fiberglass and amount was installed over a three day period because of the problems described above. The total job should have taken only one day. I rated the overall job as a D because I should not have had to be the one correcting the contractor about which fiberglass material to install.

Please read above. This is confusing as they never did the work but people should be aware that they should not believe everything Home Depot tells them .-

Home Depot hires independent contractors. The guy that put our fence in is no longer working there. We have already had Home Depot out three times to make repairs. They used the wrong nails and concrete. We are now having to fix the mistakes.
