He came out and we told him what we were looking to do and he added no comments, direction, referrals, etc. I asked how much it would cost to do the work and he said he couldn't possibly say that it was up to me to come up with a budget. We wanted to put in a new walkway and he said he didn't do walkways. Mr. Holt could not have been of less value.

"This report is very unfair and in many ways it is just plain false, I did in fact offer many ideas in horticulture insights as to why particular plantings were not forming. The client was not receptive to any advise except for a sidewalk proposal. The client wanted many changes to occur while her husband did not want any changes that would effect his current maintenance routine. Because of this basic disagreement, we could not define the scope of work needed to be done, therefore could not propose a budget for work. The suggestion that the client preferred was a brick walkway and I declined pricing on the proposal-because I prefer not to work on a job until my clients are in agreement over the project that is to be done. I feel that the client was unfair to report, she never let me know that she was upset with the completed job, even after a follow up. Reading this report was disappointing, I thought that any objections to the job would have been brought up, to be corrected."

MR HOLT WAS WORKING UNDER A DEADLINE AND WAS ABLE TO MEET IT. HE WAS FLEXIBLE ENOUGH TO WORK WITH A PLAN THAT MY SISTER HAD DRAWN UP AND FULFILLED THE SPIRIT OF IT IF NOT THE LETTER. HE HAD GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR NEEDED CHANGES.

Wow. I've rarely been so impressed. Mike knows more about trees and shrubs than anyone I've met. He steered us away from the wrong trees for this area. Selected all the trees and shrubs. They're actually much bigger than I was expecting. They have totally transformed the look and feel of our home. Very satisfied. Plus it was an unbelievably great price.

Mr. Holt was very efficient and flexible. It is apparent he has a tremendous amount of knowledge on varieties of plants, trees etc. We will be happy utilizing him to complete some of his recommendations.
