Sam has been great to work with. He has great subs from masons to framers, to drywall, to trim guys, to painters. This was my first major remodel and he was a calming factor throughout the process. Any small issues or adjustments I wanted to make along the way were completed with no problems or pushback. We've been fairly close to staying on budget as well. Homeowner just needs to be proactive with communication.

Everything was great. We remodeled two bathrooms, lights for the entire home, and a former garage converted to a beautiful combination den and hidden utility area with the bonus room above the garage into a master bedroom and full bathroom. Excellent timely room and contractor was available to us for questions and updates. Would absolutely use again!
