I wouldn't recommend the rental department to anyone. They were very unclear on what you needed to be approved on for a rental property. They pull your credit without even mentioning that credit is all that matters to them. They never called my previous employers or landlords or references. They only pull your credit if it is to low they wont help you at all. So i suggest if you have low credit score dont even try with them. I mean if i had higher credit i would just buy a house and quit wasting money renting. But we are working on our score it just takes time. So no if you are lower-middle class with a past of credit issues then dont waste your time. They could care less about people trying to make something of themselves and provide for there family. They only want people already established. I mean how do they expect us younger people to make a living and make a life for ours kids if they wont help us get a home just because of a score that takes forever to fix. But we are trying and we will keep pushing and bettering our life.
