They are fantastic. He is so honest that it is unbelievable. He does unbelievable and honest work. He apologized about the coupling and didn't charge us. He said he was really sorry and he also filled up the gas tank. That sort of things happens all the time. He is honest and does fantastic work. He is fabulous. It is a small neighborhood place. They give the best service. They are a AAA approved place.

I live in PA and my son lives in Nashville. Over the 4 years that he has gone to college there we have required service on his vehicle and twice on my aging truck used to haul items south from PA. I initially chose the Hillsborough Village garage because it had that old time local business look to it. I stopped by and spoke with the mechanics prior to having service work performed. They seemed knowledgable and did not try to oversell me with any extra services or products. We have used this garage at least 6 times (over 3 vehicles) over the past 4 years. Each time they were able to slide me into their regular schedule. Only once was my departure delayed since the mechanis do not work on Saturdays or Sundays. The work performed was excellent. We have had everything from a starter, to fuel lines, to wheel bearings replaced quickly and efficiently. My son's PA inspection ran out before he could make it home for the yearly checkup. The mechanics at Hillsborough Village Shell performed an overall safety check to give us peace of mind that the car had its regularly scheduled mechanical safety inspection.

It was great. They are consistently professional, have very reasonable prices, and are honest. With the vibration in my car, they troubleshooted the problem, suggested a ~$50 wheel balancing, and that did the trick. With the tire puncture, they explained where the puncture was, and the possible ramifications for the tire's future, and again did the repair for an extremely reasonable price. They're now my go-to auto repair place!

They seemed reasonably priced. They are under new management, so I stopped in there recently. The same people work under new management. They have been very helpful and they have seen me right away when I had emergencies no matter what else is going.

I thought it was worth $200 and they did find several things that were wrong. I had noticed that the driver's side rear-view mirror was amber but thought nothing of it, and Brent, the Service Mgr, didn't mention it. When the weather became cold, I could see nothing in the rear-view mirror. I went back to Brent, who said there was water inside it. When the water froze, it became opaque. The new mirror cost $500, parts and labor. When I told Brent that he had missed the defective mirror when he checked out the car, he dismissed it by saying that the rear-view mirror is considered cosmetic and they don't check for cosmetic flaws! Personally, I consider the rear-view mirrors as safety devices. I fumed over this for months, but didn't make an issue of it because of my 10 year relationship with them which had been very satisfactory. So I went to them the next time I needed a bulb in a headlight replaced. That's covered in a separate report and was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I am very pleased with the work they did on my cars. I always take both of my cars there because they are very reliable. They are not very expensive and they just do a very good job. They do what they're supposed to do and I'm always aware of what's going on
