The checking of the heating system took place on an atypically warm day in October, so the attic, where the system is located was over 90 degrees. Because of the heat, the system would only run for 4 minutes and then shut down with an "over heating" error code. The serviceman checked and cleaned everything and then scheduled himself to come back the following week on a cooler day to be assured that the fault was due to the heat in the attic and not a fault in the system. He returned and the system performed perfectly.

I think I was a victim of fraud, quite frankly, in my opinion.  They conned me into changing out a capacitor on my split unit heating and air conditioner by telling me that the capacitor needed to be a 9 ohm capacitor.  Then when he showed it to me he didn't realize that I knew something about electronics, and on the case it had stamped 6 ohm capacitor.  So after he left I contacted the manufacturer directly and found out that the manufacturer's engineers put a 6 ohm capacitor on the unit and that's what they wanted.  But this guy said that I needed a 9 just so he could get me to buy a capacitor that I didn't need.  So I was really angry.

They replaced the hose and faucet at no charge because it was under warranty. They did a great job as always. I would highly recommend them.

They do a great job every time they do a maintenance. They are real honest people. I have used this company for at least 10 years. I would highly recommend them.

As far as maintenance, pretty much it's been Hiller.  The cost is part of our annual bundling.  They charge you a set fee and then they come out and do an HVAC tune-up and a plumbing check and electrical inspection.  Those services are kind of spread out a little bit.  They've always been good about showing up when they promise and everything, so it's fine.  For price, probably a B.  This thing is reasonable, but if you ever do need additional work I feel like they're a little pricier than some.  They do a good job.  I don't think we've had any problems getting them out here.  They're a big company and they're responsive.  You can get them if you need them. 

They were great. Their technicians were great, but they were always trying to find something else to have work done. I didn't like that. They are costly. Their culture is to find things to fix.

I have used their services many times. Every technician has been very friendly, efficient, and completes great work.

I have a service contract with them. They came and made sure they were in good working order. I have used them so long I usually recognize most of the technicians. It's a very set analyst they do and they are here about an hour and fifteen minutes.

I have a contract with them where they came twice a year and check the unit. They are professional, do a thorough job and are very concerned about cleanliness. I am consistently happy with them.

They are worth it. The workers are courteous and professional.

I would use them again because I have a warranty with them. They are about as good as anybody. Make sure to get a clear understanding of what work is going to be performed. It took them two days to complete the work. The workers were fine. They were average workers. They left the area they were working in not an A but not a C either.

The price was a little steep because I already had the parts. They just came and provide the labor. It took them about 15 minutes. I would use them again because I am a member of the Hiller Club so I still have some service with them.

I think they are pretty good, but kind of expensive. They had to do something over, but they did come back and do it over. The responsiveness was very good.

I have used them a long time ago. They just could not get anybody out to me in time. They are always good.

I have used them various times over the last four years.
